My Approach:
I like to create a uniquely tailored therapy experience, with emphasis placed upon how we as individuals navigate the world, and what we bring to the therapy space. Our work together aims to facilitate insight and growth creating solutions that encourage a health and wellness-based lifestyle. I heavily draw on concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic techniques.
